Welcome to Influence Crafters. Our goal is to provide seamless digital marketing services while ensuring transparency, efficiency, and fairness for all clients. Please review our policies and procedures below.

1. Service Delivery

  • Upon payment, clients must complete the onboarding form to begin campaign setup.
  • Clients will receive initial strategy recommendations within 3 business days.
  • Custom ad campaigns and creative assets will be delivered within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise stated.
  • If additional content creation (e.g., custom video shoots) is required, timelines may vary.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate business information, including brand assets, target audience, and campaign goals.
  • Any delays in client-provided materials may affect campaign launch timelines.
  • Influence Crafters is not responsible for the performance of third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok).

3. Communication & Support

  • Support is available via email and scheduled calls during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST).
  • Campaign updates will be provided via email or the client dashboard.
  • Requests for campaign modifications require at least 3 business days for processing.

4. Performance & Reporting

  • Clients will receive weekly performance reports detailing key metrics.
  • Performance is based on advertising platform algorithms and audience engagement—results may vary.
  • Ad performance is reviewed monthly, with optimization recommendations provided.

5. Payment & Billing

  • All payments are due in full before services begin.
  • Recurring services are billed monthly on the same date as the initial subscription start date.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension until outstanding invoices are cleared.

6. Policy Updates

  • Influence Crafters reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.

Cancellation Policy

At Influence Crafters, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing services. However, we understand that circumstances may require clients to cancel their services.

Subscription & Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request a cancellation at any time by submitting a written request to support@influencecrafters.com at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • If a cancellation request is received less than 7 days before renewal, the subscription will be charged for the next billing period, and cancellation will take effect the following month.
  • Custom ad creation services (e.g., video shoots, branding materials) are non-cancelable once work has begun.

One-Time Service Cancellation

  • If a one-time service (e.g., ad setup, consulting, or strategy session) is canceled before work begins, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • Once work has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Automatic Renewal

  • Monthly and annual plans automatically renew unless canceled in writing before the 7-day cutoff period.
  • If an account remains inactive for over 60 days with no response, services will be terminated without a refund.

Refund Policy

At Influence Crafters, we commit to delivering high-quality digital marketing solutions. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable, with limited exceptions.

Refund Eligibility

  • Monthly Subscription Plans: Refunds are not available for monthly services already rendered. Clients must cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
  • Annual Plans: Refunds are not issued once an annual plan begins. However, clients may request service credits for unused months if they choose to pause their plan.
  • One-Time Services: Payments for strategy sessions, consulting, or one-time ad campaigns are non-refundable once work has started.
  • Custom Creative Work (e.g., video production, branding assets) is non-refundable due to the time and resources involved.

Service Adjustments & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If a client is unsatisfied with service delivery, Influence Crafters will offer one revision at no additional cost, provided the request is made within 5 days of receiving deliverables.
  • Refunds are not issued for low ad performance as results depend on external factors (e.g., audience behavior, platform algorithms).

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Clients agree to contact Influence Crafters for resolution before initiating chargebacks.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension and potential legal action to recover disputed funds.
